According to art. 13 of the d. lgs. 30 June 2003 n. 196 Privacy Code, this information describes how Arredo Park srl treats the personal information of users received through its website and other means.

Arredo Park srl will treat the personal data of users collected during the navigation and use of the Site, of the form submission, via electronic and automated tools (see also section "Cookies").

AIM

Personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
a) Execution of strictly related and instrumental obligations to the use of the Site, the registration and access to confidential areas, the sending of quotations / orders, the sending of information requests and the management of the contractual relationship; br> b) respond to specific requests;
c) comply with legal obligations;
d) Performing statistics and measuring the level of customer satisfaction, as well as sending promotional and newsletters (via mail and phone, email and sms, including via automated tools) to the contacts issued when completing the online registration form ;
e) processing of information about the use of the Site (such as frequency of use, statistics, etc.) through the use of cookies (see the "Cookies Policy" section below);

OBLIGATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF DATA CONFIDENTIALITY AND CONSEQUENCES OF ANY REFUSAL

With regard to the purposes referred to in points a), b) and c) above, the transfer of your personal data to Arredo Park srl is mandatory, and its processing does not require its consent. Any refusal to provide the data will determine the impossibility for Arredo Park srl to contract the contract and to execute the purchase orders. Providing field data that is not mandatory within the registration form is optional. The provision of data for the purposes of points (d) and (e) is optional, and any rejection will have no consequences.
Users are free to cancel their subscription to the newsletter service at any time, by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link in each promotional mail.

TREATMENT MODE

Personal data is handled with automated tools, with logic strictly related to the purpose, for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected or compliance with any legal requirements. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, misuse or incorrect use, and unauthorized access. The collected information is recorded in a secure environment.

COMMUNICATION DATA

Personal data will not be disclosed and may be disclosed in Italy or other EU countries within the scope of the above purposes, to third parties acting on behalf of or in the name of Alberto Park srl, such as those responsible for the delivery products, lenders, our legal and tax consultants, outsourcers, etc. For the purposes referred to above, the data may be disclosed to staff in charge of Arredo Park srl or its treatment managers. The person concerned, pursuant to art. 7 of the Privacy Code also has the right to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data, although relevant to the purpose of collection, as well as the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending promotional communications or for other purposes for which has given the consent.
